Didn't end up using it, since my kiddo was over 8 months old. (And luckily, EK usually leaves some seats open in F, so I just took over one of the extra seats with a car seat.)

When I was doing this research, this video was one of the only datapoints I could find -- hope it gets you what you need re: how the bassinet is attached:
