The official drug agency in Egypt is EDA, although I don't see an option for English on the website: https://edaegypt.gov.eg/

Unless you're bringing in large quantities of controlled prescription drugs, I doubt you'll have issues -- there are screenings at the airport but are typically fairly lax towards foreigners.
