that tends to only be accessible through the website, not via the app. As a note - last time I was dealing with IRROPS, it was giving me different options than the app was (one was protecting me in F on an upgrade, the other wasn't, but I can't recall which was which) and the one via the website easily lets you switch origin/destination (e.g. switching an ORF departure to RIC, or an MCO arrival to TPA...or with some effort, to South Florida).

Its still there AFAIK. I've used it this year. However I always set my cell to desktop view when going to Delta.com to use rebooking tool. I usually never use the app tool as it doesnt indicate cabin/allow pull up seatmap.
