Noon was the latest each agent could tell their boss they will be on strike on Thursday. Now they are probably in the process of computing the number of persons involved and the expected impact in terms of level of service. Next step: DGAC (ATC authority) will probably publish a press release later today or early tomorrow.
Insiders from DGAC or airlines may already have a good picture of how things are going, but won't say it here.
