Is this likely to just be because Premium Economy is relatively new with Air India and therefore simply not updated, or will this genuinely earn zero KF miles?
I contacted Air India who said that they are the ones who are responsible for crediting or not crediting a flight and have confirmed that E class is a paid premium economy cabin and will therefore have the miles credited to the Krisflyer account whether it shows on that PDF or not. Obviously, I am sceptical but I’ve been advised to contact Air India if for any reason this E class does not credit to Krisflyer and they will resolve at their side..

Also, the same agent told me that there are four booking classes which are premium economy and none of the four are currently showing in the Krisflyer chart. I don’t know if this is because premium economy is a new product with Air India? I can’t remember all of the other booking classes but I believe it was R and N.
