I stayed here for two nights at the end of April 2025. I used a Cat 1-7 certificate and 25,000 points. Free valet parking for my globalist status. The lounge was closed. Breakfast was in the restaurant. There was no buffet; only order from the menu. I had steak and eggs for two days.

Pro: it is so new! and fresh! and pretty nice! But no suite upgrade when the occupancy was extremely low. I do not ski, and I would not come here during ski season. Why no suite upgrade for a globalist?

Con: feels not ready for prime time. There is nothing up on this side of the desolate mountain. Just the Grand Hyatt. I wanted a lounge. A buffet might have been nice. The steak and eggs were good but not great.

Was this a good deal for 25,000 points? Hmmm.... No. Seems very overpriced. Too expensive for me!

The Four Seasons foundation is being constructed. I noticed ground water issues with the man-made snow coming down the mountain and entering the foundational area of the Four Seasons. Looks like a design flaw.

I would expect that the off-season rates are lower. More reasonable to me would be 15,000 points per night.
