New to TK , Ive cumulated 60k miles and planned to use it for my China trip , flights within China

today I tried to booked my reward on TK website .

1. Business class is 100 % gone . From any Chinese city to any Chinese destinations . It was quite strange , previously when I checked it was almost 100% .

2. Fine , I am good with economy . But after I selected the flight , it showed me error , the flight is not available . I get the same error for each single flight .


questions : it seems TK has an connection error with air china . Does it happen often ?

what’s the solution here ? Will it be fixed shortly ?
