BOC Cheers 10x (8x for Signature) overseas / dining offer extended to Dec 31.

Current limits are: $25k per month for overseas spending and $10k per month for dining BUT the combined max points earned is 300k (i.e. $30k combined spending limit). Min spend per month to trigger the 10x offer is $5k.
