Nothing terribly important here, but months ago, my Barclay's Aviator Red card came up for renewal. I asked if they could waive the annual fee, but they said no, so I closed it and they refunded the fee.

Only, they never actually closed it.

I had cut up the other card, but since it's still active, I just ordered a replacement card. First time I've had that happen, where they said they were closing the account but didn't actually do so.
