It is just travel insurance provided by my bank. It is not expensive so I can't foresee too much savings via U.S. rental companies.
Regarding your previous post about Alamo, I started a dummy booking here from Europe. DW and SLI was automatically added. No mention of any Maxi Waiver Saver or Waiver 3000. The optional protection products available are Roadside Assistance Plus and Personal Effects Coverage. I guess Maxi Waiver Saver and Waiver 3000 are only applicable to US customers. This is partly why I am so confused - I want to be certain any information or advice I get applies to me as a non-American tourist.
