It’s a bit annoying that they don’t allow customers to add business cards to a mobile wallet from the app before receiving the physical card (as you can do with personal cards). I am currently traveling and my new CIP is waiting at home in my mailbox and Chase has already started sending me messages asking, basically, why I haven’t activated it yet.
