If you were flying the 787-9 domestic (IAD-SFO) and as an elite and you could select a middle premium Plus seat or an aisle seat in Economy Plus which is better? (21E vs 33J)

I often will choose a standard economy aisle seat on a domestic flight over a middle economy plus or even a window EP seat, but it seems that the tradeoff for a wider seat and more pitch makes sense on the 787
