Agreed. Traveling JFK to Manhattan for 40 years, I have always found finding my car service car -- my black car in the old days and my uber nowadays -- to be incredibly stressful. I so much prefer taking a taxi. And in the off chance there is long queue or a shortage of taxis, just get in line (get on line, as New Yorkers like to say) and open your Uber app to see how long it would take for an Uber to pick you up. You can then make your decision about staying in line or calling an Uber.
