Has anyone successfully had a 2nd GOH apply to a 2nd room in same reservation when the 2nd room is booked with the 50% off family rate? Chat rep says not possible. I would like to call hyatt and get 2nd goh applied if not have them switch the goh to the family rate paid room to avoid resort fees.however 2nd room shows king bed with only a child in the room (that's how the rep said the only way to get me 50% off discount).

some background;
First room GOH was applied on points booking 2 double bed room months ago. After booking the 50% of family room rate it showed (and I have a screenshot) that both rooms had the goh until a week ago than the 2nd room goh icon no longer showed (now im outside of cancellation to make changes). Based on the screenshot do I have a chance of convincing them to apply a 2nd goh since I was under the impression it was applying to both?

The rep on the phone when I booked the family rate 2 months ago was having trouble applying the 50% off discount so she put 4 and baby in a double room (points booking with goh) and my under 4yo in a king room solo (50% off).(I guess discount only works with kids under 12).
