Aerolopa has surpassed SeatGuru in the last couple of years and has a really great diagram here:

Row 1 definitely has a slightly bigger footwell if you're planning to sleep but comes at the expense of galley noise. Row 8 is missing 2 windows. In general these pods are quite a bit more cramped than the 777/78X variants.
