Problem is that in hundreds of SK flights I’ve taken over the past few years, I have always come across lazy crews who do not believe in using their tablets!
Even as an EBD they always expect you to prove you are one and even after that you have to prove you’re entitled to alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks depending on the flight!
Usually purser should know the rules but not always a purser is interested to get involved! Issue is that SK recruits and get to work many crews through middlemen that may have just started working in the last 24h!
At least Ive been told a few times by a senior crew that junior ones(which is not a reference to age since one was an older woman) were just started yesterday and don't have a clue of SAS rules!
In terms of compensation, OP has a much better chance dealing with AY than SK since SK doesn’t believe in compensation for anything and even as EBD they would pay-up after consumer authorities are involved!
