I’m also caught up in this with two rooms booked in August - points, an SUA and a GOH.

As of this morning my reservations have disappeared but no return of the points yet. Naturally I want my stays not a refund. No response yet from my concierge. The hotel doesn’t seem to be on the Hyatt channels any more.

Would be interested if others have had similar situations resolved better?
