HRG has no international transit facilities, so you have to get a visa stamp and go through immigration. Checkin counters for international flights close 60 min prior to departure.
Same goes for KWI and EWR turnaround. you can't even book a KWI-EWR turnaround with this tight connection.
A six day itinerary is definitely not doable.

I do not know the condition of international transfer in these points, in Berlin it could be easily done in 30 mins as there is no security control or visa stamp involved in international transit. However, can check out Cairo or SSH airport if international transit is smoother, you might only need to navigate between gates. For KWI- EWR you can definitely book the ticket with same returning flight. Or most suggested, to stay a few days for recovering in each station and enjoy the world tour!
