Stayed here for 2 nights. I just reached Diamond tier a week ago and decided to try my luck in requesting for an upgrade a week in advance through chat and my personal concierge. They told me they would prioritize me, but it was subject to availability. During check in, I inquired again and was told the Deluxe suite which is the highest room category they upgrade Diamonds to were fully booked. However, the front desk said he will talk to his manager considering I am also bringing two kids and they kindly upgraded us to the corner suite, which is huge and is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. Breakfast was one of the best and so is the spa and afternoon tea. With the massive upgrade, free breakfast, spa credits for diamond and food and beverage credit for diamonds, I thought it was well worth it considering I booked it with the Hilton Asia Pacific Sales. Great start to my first experience as a Diamond member
