I wanted to revive this thread to see if anyone has any advice about how to resolve this issue because it is still happening. I am looking at booking an Avios First class flight for May 2026. Off-peak dates sometimes display the Avios cost of 85,000 (which is the correct off-peak price for this zone) but other dates clearly labeled 'OFF PEAK' incorrectly display the peak price (100,000 Avios), Taxes/fees are the same on both. The date I need is labeled as an off-peak date (and I checked the data and confirmed it is, indeed, off-peak) so it should be 85,000 Avios, but it is unfortunately one of the ones displaying the peak price. If I book it now and write in to point out their error, will they refund? If not, how do I get them to fix it beforehand?
