Today's breakfast was ok for me, but I did have the feeling I spoke too soon after watching some bizarre stuff for other people. It appeared that a seated family was told to get back in line until a server arrived for their table. Then a guy with two kids was trying to order a to go order and they denied it because of Hyatt. He said he told them he wasn't Hyatt at seating and was understandably annoyed.
I could understand if they charged for to go orders for Hyatt globalists but it would feel odd to be denied outright.
I guess I’m not sure what you mean. If a Hyatt Member wants to order food to go they can, they’d just charge it to their room. I’m guessing the person wanted to go and to have it comped off which is something they don’t do.
