The quality has certainly gone down a lot since Covid without a doubt. As a business class passenger I expect to have my pre ordered meal even a bit later after take off. The last time, I requested for a later dinner, it was so frozen that I could not even eat it. That said I have no other choice but to fly them or any other Star A. Given the choice of AC and BR, I still would fly BR.
