Same, but been ongoing for over six months. I've tried different Browsers (Edge, firefox, Chrome). Different incognito/Private modes of same. I tried a friends Mac instead of my Windows and multiple browsers - I just can't finish the purchase in a browser. I've called in, there is no access to technical support anymore. They will "open a ticket for me", which has done nothing. They'll happily finish the transaction for me if I give them the cart number. The app works just fine. I am at a loss how to resolve this.
Magically working again. I have tried calling multiple times, no support is available. Purchase website buttons are slightly different today, looks like an update so that must have "magically" fixed me. At least for today's purchase. It was still failing as of April, now fixed.
