You should have access to the CDG F lounge if you purchase an upgrade to F for the CDG-JFK segment.
In the past, there were reports of AF sometimes selling LaP lounge access to passengers departing CDG in J (or connecting in CDG from a J segment to a J segment?), although IIRC these were only for flights with no F cabin.
