There are definitely EWR-ATH-EWR award flights in business class available. I've recently booked one-way flights for my wife and I for next May 2026 outbound, returning mid-June. These are the awards costing 87K points per ticket each way. Most other days had availability, but priced at a ridiculous amount of points.
But as noted, not as many days per week are available as there used to be, and as is often the case in award flights, one needs to book as soon as they're released.
