Award Ticket on Garuda - how to open reservation on the GA website
I just booked a Garuda reward ticket (SYD-CGK - business 35.000 miles - what a bargain).
However with the booking reference I can't open the reservation on the Garuda website to reserve a seat.

Is it common that you can't open FB reward tickets on the GA website or do you need anonter booking reference?
I never had issues opening regular AF or KL tickets on the GA website so it's very strange I can't open the GA booking.
