I have booked LAX - ZRH - LAX on United.com basic economy. Since I have United explorer card , I am seeing one free checked bag for the LAX-ZRH segment on United metal. The return is on Swiss airlines and it shows $75 for first checked in bag. If I understand it correct, the baggage rules of the first leg gets applied and I should get free first check in bag on LX metal on my return leg, right?
