Indeed the poster hasn't given the routing, but I would think it unlikely that the airline would replace an aeroplane with both business and economy with an aeroplane with economy only on a journey of over 3500km. I suspect that the various suggestions that 75% is due may well be incorrect. 30% or 50% would give only 7.5k or 12.5k vs 15k if DL refunded the difference in cost - this does assume that it was a single sector redemption. If the redemption covered more tan 1 sector, it may well be that the 3750 already provided meets the mandated level

If SkyTeam777 can post the routing, it will be possible to see what , if anything, extra is due
