If the distance was 0 - 1500km , the amount would be 30% and for 1501 - 3500km it would be 50%
If a short single sector journey, would definitely suggest starting with DL and pushing for a refund of difference between business award and economy award
The OP hasn’t posted the routing. So yes, at best 75%, but likely less. In any event, unlikely worth the hassle.
