I still remember my encounter with a shoeshine guy dropping his brush years ago. After helping him recover his brush, he offered me shoeshine. I politely declined and he said that would break his heart. That would be a good thing as he needed a new and better one.

Since the hotel has dropped the "Ceylan" from the hotel name years ago, can the Mods update the title of this thread?
