yes but in that case the proprerty should be excluded like Hyatt house etc. I talked with them and they told me they don’t upgrade to suite because “they are not a real Hyatt”. It’s against the T&C whatever the size of the classic room is.
im alone when at Rio so the deluxe is more than enough for me but Hyatt should clarify that.
