Two examples (I don't know what your Google AI was looking at):

1. Booked 5 August 2024 for travel on 6 February 2025 - unsuccessful. APD's credited back on 25 March 2025 after emails and calls.

2. Booked 5 February 2025 for travel on 9 February 2025 - unsuccessful. (The EAPD upgrade was processed three times) APD's credited back on 25 March 2025 after emails and calls.
