I did this flight this morning.

Check-in opens at 6 am. Long lines for
Economy already waiting for check-in to open. Business/Star Gold check-in very efficient - no
wait.

Incredibly long lines to enter security / immigration. Badly staffed. Matching names on passport and boarding pass incredibly tedious. If a middle name is missing or only an initial they send you back to check-in for the airline to resolve.

All stores open when I was through the formalities around 6:30 am

Asiana Lounge quite nice.

Boarding very efficient and boarding groups strictly enforced.

Surprised at the low volume of carry-on bags. Most passengers seemed to have checked their luggage.
