I think NH is a bit inconsistent now with crews just like UA. We recently flew UA SFO-SIN in Polaris and the crew was excellent, but of course the food was just adequate. For almost 17 hours tho, the seat is obviously far more important.

Our return was NH BKK-NRT-SFO. First leg was fine, but crew average at best and for the second we had The Room, which I really enjoyed. I found it odd though that NH doesn’t carry Baileys or even Kahlua, so UA wins on that minor front. NH crew on that leg were at the top of their game tho.
