Angry 24h cancellation removed and worsened ticket flexibility

In a move to worsen flexibility for customers, SAS is implementing two changes (at least not labelled as "enhancements"):
  1. Removal of free 24h cancellation of tickets bought directly from SAS. Starting August 27th it is no longer possible to cancel tickets free of charge within 24h of purchase, except fares to/from the US which will have the option remaining if ticket is bought at least 7 days in advance.
  2. Introduction of time limits to change flexible tickets. Starting July 1st, flexible tickets will require that any change/refund is done at least 1-3h in advance of the flight departure. After this, the ticket is not changeable nor refundable. Today, Pro-tickets can be changed/refunded at any time.
