Indeed. There has been a lounge after passport control at PMI for at least as long as I’ve been flying from there though which is why I was slightly caught off guard (didn’t think to check if the lounge was closed and there was no notification of this by BA). I only had 30 mins or so at the airport so no major harm done, but paying extra for my own water etc. is somewhat annoying given the prices BA charge for CE these days.
