Many thanks, this is very helpful.
I'm on the earlier LX arrival and will have hand luggage only . I don't have Global Entry but have the MPC App and this is my second entry to the USA with my current ESTA - I realise that the MPC can be variably helpful for non-US citizens but fingers crossed.
