Stayed for a week in June, booked standard room with points at 45k/nt and used suite upgrade, they put us in one of their nicer suites, just in front of the water’s edge, breakfast was included for everyone on property as far as I could tell, it’s a nice stay but don’t expect anything to be breathtaking other than the rack rate, felt high end but service and attention to detail didn’t match some of the other aspirational properties we have been to, Sardinia is easy to get to and easy to rent a car and explore, prices reasonable once you leave the hotel, so it’s a nice island to visit, just don’t have too high expectations for the hotel itself,
and even though it’s a good redemption on paper, not sure it’s the best use of points
