A unusual experience. My wife and I on the same confirmation number flew GRR-ABQ. In Albuquerque I checked the return flight on the app to see what the chances of an upgrade were. My wife was not visible. I called Delta. For some reason she was now under a different confirmation number. The Delta agent had no idea why. And the two confirmation codes could not be stitched back together.

Since I am Platinum and she Silver, I was upgraded to first and she wasn’t. Ordinarily, we both would have been upgraded since there were open seats
