Has anyone seen any legitimate rumors on the fall changes? The framing around them makes it sound material, which given the changes around Dell/Adobe/35% rebate is curious since those were all pretty big changes. Wondering if AMEX is making the negative changes now and only will be adding (coupled with the fee increase, of course!) in the fall.
