The 28E version has Premium Economy start in row 25, but the middle seats start in row 26 as indicated on the Lufthansa website.
Aerolopa however shows row 25 for both parts.

There is a contact form at the very bottom of the airline list down the left hand side but we agree that's not easy to find. We're working on site improvements at the moment.
