I've flown AA 179 in First 3 times in the past 3 months, most recently in mid Jan. The breakfast service is quite substantial, but don't fall asleep while they're taking orders or you'll get stuck with the cereal (still quite substantial though with yogurt).

Later they offer cheese, and just before landing, cookies with milk.

It's a strange combination of items, but plenty of calories.
