I've only sat in 1A/J and don't believe they are larger. What I did notice is that the overall length of the suite is shorter than the other rows. I could easily reach the touch screen with my back leaning on the back of the seat in row 1 whereas I had to make an effort to lean forward to touch the screen in the other rows.
