I recently received Two Vanilla Visa Giftcards from JAL ( because of major problems with a delayed flight) But I cant figure out anyway to use them here in the USA. They are not recognized trying to put them into PayPal or eBay or Amazon. Based on online info, I tried going to the Vanilla Gift Card website to register them ... But the Vanilla website gives me an error message that a "System error has occurred" and to make sure Im accessing the website from the United States, which I am. I feels like these compensation gift cards are unusable. Has anyone had success loading the card into an account that can use them???
