Someone recently made me think about doing an upgrade award trade for a CX J ticket I currently hold. Obviously this needs to go to the Coupon Connection, but I wonder what the policies are on upgrade awards on CX, specifically: -

1) Can Upgrades be claimed one way?
2) Can Asia Miles be redeemed to upgrade a 3rd party
3) How does the redemption work? is the cost the same in Asia miles upgrading LHR-BKK as LHR-HKG?

Sorry to post what might be fairly simple question, but the search function seems to be down and I didn't find any clear cut answerrs from the Asia Miles site.
