Having said that, AA codes earn more in QRPC than QR codes. It doesn't look like you need it for the required QR segments, so I'd leave it as an AA code and also have an AA code on HND-DFW (AA codes earn more than JL codes).
It's a little strange, they gave me AA codes on HND–DFW–DTW–ORD–SFO–JFK–DOH; then QR on DOH–TBS–DOH–MUC–DOH–BKK; then AA on BKK-HND. Mostly my concern was that 20% of the QPoints seem to need to come from QR-marketed-and-operated flights... but now I see that just the QR-coded parts should be more than enough to hit this, so I guess I'm good leaving all those other segments on AA.
