Hello,
I have an upcoming booking where I used upgrade voucher for both journeys. My outbound connecting flight has now been change from BKK-PNH to BKK-KTI with the same flight number as the airport as changing (the one is closing - the other one opening up). So far all fine with me.
Unfortunately I can not accept the change via app or mobile and the agent on the phone tells me that he needs to cancel my upgrades, can then accept the changes and re-apply the vouchers. But the booking class for upgrades is not available anymore. Any advice on this how to handle this best? What would happen if I just show-up at the airport and let them handle it? I just donīt want to loose the upgrades.
