Hi there, i'm sure there is a lot of chaos still to be unwound but flew from DOH to LHR yesterday in J, and there were a LOT of missing suitcases on the flight.... does anyone have any advice on the below?

At 2pm in LHR, the agents got us to fill a form and said we would be contacted with tracking details etc before 7pm... We were told they don't have the ability to track the tags yet and it is assumed that any missing luggage is in DOH and will be put on the next flight out. Well there have been at least 4-5 QR arrivals since then!

Now its nearly 8am the next day and nothing, the UK contact number doesn't work, live chat is "too busy"

I tried the track baggage on the QR website and my baggage tag reference + surname + booking reference doesn't work, says we can't find this reference please contact us

Has anyone else experienced missing luggage in LHR and how to deal with it?
