I was impressed by the handling of my short connection at ARN yesterday evening. My AMS-ARN was 25 min late, meaning my 35 min connection to HEL turned into 10 min. While taxiing the crew informed that all connections were safe (evening flight, so these were the last flights of the day) and asked people to remain seated unless connecting to certain flights. At the arrival gate, staff were waiting to escort people to their flights (I guess those flights not departing from the same pier). My connection was a 30 second walk, and I passed many gates with flights waiting for passengers from my plane.
