Faff about with APMs, have to look at some unnecessarily complicated chart to figure out whether I have lounge access and will be fed on the plane if i want to eat. Don't they also not do seat assignments? Its just embarrassing. If I booked something like JFK/LHR-HKG-DAD and was flying CX for the first time, I'd just be ... is this and fly someone like SQ or BR who manage to get me all the way through in a civilised manner next time.
It's not like CX-UO connection is efficient as it is. Can't even manage the UO leg from CX MMB. And UO site can't access the booking with CX booking number.
